Production times

Please note that all products carry a production time, which varies depending on the product. Products are dispatched as quickly as possible, but some naturally take longer than others. The below information is about the delivery services available, not including production times. To get a delivery date estimate for a particular product which includes the production time, the easiest way to do so is to click the 'Delivery' drop down on the product page, or add it to your basket where you will be given the complete delivery time-frame.

Most items are completed within 1-3 working days!

Delivery services

2nd Class - Delivered by Royal Mail 48 - not trackable until delivery is attempted - £3.99 or £4.99 depending on item size and weight.

This service is for non-priority deliveries and usually takes 2 days to deliver after dispatch, but can take up to 4. Please allow up to 5 days during busy times such as Christmas. Please note that delivery can also take longer to Northern Ireland and the Highlands.

1st Class - Delivered by Royal Mail 24 - not trackable until delivery is attempted - £4.99 or £5.99 depending on size and weight.

Similar to 1st Class, Royal Mail aim to deliver your order the next working day from despatch, but please allow for 2. Please also note that during peak times of the year such as Christmas they can take up to 3 days. Delivery can also take longer to Northern Ireland and the Highlands. 

1st Class Tracked (larger orders only) - Delivered by Royal Mail 24 Tracked - £5.99

Same as above, but tracking will be available. Because the above services are not tracked, for peace of mind during delivery we recommend using this service when possible, especially if your order is particularly urgent. The package will not need to be signed for.

Priority Express (Production is prioritised) - Delivered by Royal Mail 24 Tracked or Courier - £9.99

The production of all orders made using this service is prioritised.

Courier: Some products are sent by courier (Interlink/FedEx) which is shown during checkout. These couriers aim to deliver in 1 working day. Please note the couriers do not deliver on Saturdays.

Please take note...

Royal Mail services are not guaranteed. Although we find that their services are usually efficient and reliable, we cannot control or be responsible for their delivery network and advise allowing for sufficient time for your gifts to arrive, especially during busy periods such as Christmas. 

All Royal Mail services deliver on Saturdays, but not Sundays or bank holidays. Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday. 

We currently only deliver to the UK. 

 

My package hasn't arrived on time

If your order has not arrived within the time period given to you, it is first recommended that you check with your neighbours because there have been occasions where Royal Mail staff have not left delivery cards. 

We also recommened contacting your local sorting office to see if it has been left there for collection. 

If you are still unable to track down your package then please do contact us, ideally by replying to your order confirmation or dispatch notification email.

When contacting us it is helpful for you to confirm your delivery address is correct.

We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.

If 10 working days has passed and your order has not been delivered we would consider it lost in the post, and offer a replacement which will be sent as soon as possible.

All Royal Mail deliveries have delivery receipts included as standard. Please note we will NOT be able to offer a refund if the delivery receipt is showing as ‘Delivered’, in these cases we will only be able to offer a replacement, providing your address is confirmed as correct. WE MAY USE OTHER DELIVERY SERVICE SUCH AS EVRI - TRACKING WILL BE GIVEN SO YOU DONT MISS DELIVERY.
